My godparents sent my new wife something from Germany yesterday that was sent to them by my parents 26 years ago: my first school reports.
One is from half way through ‘grade prep’, the other from the end of the same year. I was 5/6 years old.

Tristan is a very determined worker and masters most work covered. He has gained a great knowledge of the number facts and concepts taught this year. Tristan’s work is always presented well and of a good standard.
LANGUAGE:
Tristan has progressed very well in all areas of language, especially in his writing skills. Tristan can now make excellent attempts to spell unknown words and his memory to recall words is very good. Tristan has continued to make regular contributions to class discussions and it has been a delight to have him as part of the prep year.
