Now, my sweat still smelling of duck every time I hit the treadmill, I give you leftover duck dumplings.
Dumplings are the choice for hipsters in Melbourne at the moment, a trend I’m only-too-thrilled to endorse and propagate. Around the city and its outskirts, restaurants such Dumplings Plus, HuTong Dumpling Bar and XiaoTing Box have queues running out the door, full of ‘Twents’ with tight pants, obtuse t-shirts and high hair desperate to get involved in some steamed and panfried bliss.
And with the exception of the tight pants and high hair (and twenties-ness), I’m one of them.
